Chuck has served on the LEAP Board for the past 8 years. He was Board Chair from 2022 to 2026. Chuck has dedicated the last 11 years to ending homelessness, most recently as the City of Goleta’s Homelessness Services Coordinator. A father of two adult children who were raised in daycare programs, Chuck lives in Goleta with his wife, Charla Bregante.
