LEAP mitigates the effects of poverty, racism and trauma by providing visionary community leadership. As the only child and family serving organization specifically focused on the Goleta Valley, we take our role as community leaders and conveners seriously. Our unique work with the most vulnerable families in the Goleta Valley, places us at the center of the effort to ensure that our community is resilient.

LEAP strengthens our community by convening the Goleta Valley Community Partnership Network, by hosting community forums, and by seeking out opportunities for collaboration and partnership.
