My name is Christie Broesamle and I am the Regional Director overseeing all three LEAP Children’s Center sites, bringing three decades of dedicated leadership and experience in Early Childhood Education (ECE). My career began as a classroom aide, a journey that quickly became a lifelong commitment. That dedication is what inspired me to continue my education beyond my bachelors degree at UCSB, attending Antioch University’s Multiple Subject Teaching Credential and Masters programs.

Having worked across many age levels throughout my career, I have consistently been drawn to the rewarding work of guiding our youngest learners.
