Darcy is the Development Associate at LEAP, where she supports fundraising, donor relations, communications, and community engagement. She enjoys using storytelling to connect people with LEAP’s mission and inspire support for local children and families.

Darcy graduated summa cum laude from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology. Before joining LEAP, she lived in Galway, Ireland, an experience that strengthened her appreciation for community, culture, and building meaningful connections.

Outside of work, Darcy enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, and tackling the New York Times crossword whenever she can.
