My name is Ivette Bejarano, and I began my journey with Leap in 2019 as an assistant. Over the years, I’ve grown within the organization, first becoming a teacher and now serving as a supervisor at the West Campus. Before this role, I spent a year in New York working as a lead preschool teacher and partially as a supervisor.

I completed my Early Childhood Education (ECE) studies at Santa Barbara City College and am currently continuing my academic journey at Canton State University of New York.

Joining Leap was a truly magical experience for me—it’s where I have grown both professionally and personally, strengthening my core values of empathy, respect, and love for children. I am deeply passionate about being part of children’s early education and supporting families throughout their time in our program.
