I’m the Director of Early Childhood Programs at LEAP, where I oversee programs across multiple sites and work closely with staff, families, and community partners to build strong early learning environments. I’ve worked in the field of Early Childhood Education for more than 20 years and believe deeply in the power of connection — between children, families, and educators. My work is guided by the belief that every child deserves to learn and grow in a space where they feel safe, loved, and capable. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking, dancing, and exploring new places in our community.
