Coping with Stress and Anxiety

Join us for the second session of LEAP’s new six-part workshop series, From Stress to Strength: Coping Tools for Families. This session, Building Emotional Resilience, will teach strategies for building emotional strength, provide tools for managing difficult emotions, and introduce mindfulness and meditation practices to calm the mind and increase overall emotional well-being.
